Daniel Hernandez was born in Bushwick, Brooklyn on May 8, 1996 to his mother who was from Atlixco (Mexico) and a father hailing from Rio Piedras (Puerto Rico). His father's name is also named Daniel Hernandez. [16] His mother Natividad Perez Hernandez-Hernandez immigrated to the U.S. to find a better life. She was an employee in a factory and housekeeping worker. Hernandez played soccer and baseball throughout his youth. He was selected for a soccer team in the major leagues at the age of 13, but his mother declined because she did not feel comfortable with an individual who would take her son's place at such a young age. Hernandez has an older brother, Oscar Osiris Hernandez (born August 25, 1994). Hernandez is tattooed with his initials on his right. Hernandez and his brother Oscar were raised in a church throughout their youth. Hernandez loved to sing at mass, and was often chosen to read the Bible. His favorite passage was Psalm 121. He was in Public School 59 for elementary school. For middle school, Juan Morel Campos Secondary School was his preference. Legacy High School was his choice for high school. He was a high school graduate in the tenth grade. He was not involved with any significant relationship. However, there is a daughter who lives with one of his co-workers. The names of his daughter and the mother of her are not available. Harnandez has been known to give money to schools in Brooklyn. Harnandez has some troubling criminal accusations against him. He was convicted in 2017 to one of the three felony charges of 'Use Of the Child in sexual Performance'. In the early part of 2015, he posted three videos on his Facebook page where he and another man were seen having a sexual encounter with a minor girl of 13-14 years of age. In 2017, he came out about the case with DJ Akademics. He said that he was 17 older (a minor) at the time of the incident, and that the videos were uploaded to his Instagram account. The Instagram account was then banned. Then, he was proved to be wrong in his assertion that he was 17 at the incident. He pleaded guilty and was ordered to obtain his GED. If he did not obtain GED, he was in danger of a jail sentence.
