Aaron Jeffery

Award-winning actor from New Zealand and Australia, Aaron C. Jeffery. He is
well-known for his performances in Water Rats as Terry Watson, Alex Ryan and
Matt Fletcher, both in McLeod's Daughters. Jeffery was born in Auckland's
Howick and relocated to Australia at the age of seventeen years old. He pursued
acting studies at NIDA. He graduated from NIDA in 1993, and began his
television career with children's show Ship to Shore. Jeffery is most
well-known for his role playing Alex Ryan in McLeod's Daughters. He departed
the drama in the year 2008. He was also a part of the third season of
Outrageous Fortune, a New Zealand drama. Jeffery was also seen as Frank in
Underbelly: Badness. He finished filming on 22 June. The announcement of the
casting for Neighbours' Bradley Fox was issued three days after. In October, it
was announced that Jeffery was assigned as a corrections officer in the series
Wentworth. Bevan Lee's Between Two Worlds was also his character. It was announced
in April 2021 that Jeffery will be appearing in the Netflix thriller series
Pieces of Her. The show is built on the Karin Slaughter novel. In 2004 and
2007, Jeffery won the Silver Logie award for the Most Popular actor in a Drama
Series for his work on McLeod's Daughters.
